Since its inception, LNR Asset Services has worked with clients who have made direct real estate investment or have originated mezzanine loans that bridge the gap between senior loan facilities and equity contributions by owners. Servicing these loans and equity positions requires specialized property knowledge and necessitates that our managers be conversant in development or re-development, budgeting and planning.  Our managers must also be familiar with market research and how the dynamic of market change impacts our clients’ investments.  The goal is always to optimize the results for the client at any point in the investment life.  Our involvement with these labour-intensive assets includes assignments in the United Kingdom and across continental Europe.
